Larry Rolle was born in Champaign, Illinois. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1975 and his J.D. from the University of Illinois in 1978. Mr. Rolle has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury since 1988. He is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity, a Top 100 National Trial lawyer, and a former Dallas Trial Lawyers Association board member.
Larry has tried over 100 cases to a jury with the last 3 jury trial verdicts all in excess of $1,000,000.
He has settled over 15,000 cases in his career for over $200 million.

Chad W. Eaton was born in Liberty, Texas. He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, his Masters in Public Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in the United District Court's Northern District of Texas. Chad is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. He was selected as a Rising Star as rated by Super Lawyers for 2021 and 2022. His core practice is personal injury litigation.
Chad lives in Dallas with his wife Amy and daughters Eleanor and Elizabeth.
Heather and her family moved to Dallas in 1988. In 2002, she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in History from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduation, Heather worked as a file clerk at DeHay & Elliston in Downtown Dallas. During her tenure at DeHay and Elliston, she went to paralegal school and in 2009 she earned her associates degree from El Centro Community College. In 2006, she joined forces with Jones Geisler as a paralegal. In 2011, Heather was accepted to Texas Tech University School of Law where she earned her J.D. in December 2014. Heather worked as an associate attorney at a small civil and employment litigation firm in El Paso, Texas and at another firm in Dallas, Texas.
Heather's focus is to do the best job possible for the client. Heather is currently a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Texas Women Lawyers, and belongs to the American Indian Law, Family Law, Labor & Employment Law, Litigation, and Women and Law sections of the State Bar of Texas.
Ed Russell hails from Austin Texas. Ed graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Mathematics from Texas State University, where he also received his commission as an Officer in the United States Air Force. Captain Russell earned his M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and subsequently served in the most extreme of combat environments, supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq in 2008. After leaving the military and returning to Texas, he earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University in 2019. Ed practiced Intellectual Property law in San Antonio, TX, prior to his focus on Personal Injury law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and in the United District Court's Western and Northern Districts of Texas.
